Blog This Video
The 'Blog This Video' code gives you a 120x425 piece like the image below, complete with a live updated vote count. This is extremely ALPHA code...i'm trying to use it on a music video blog i am starting called Music Video of the Day (mvotd.com) - so hopefully i'll run into all the problems and fix them before anyone else notices :) I'm also looking for a good daily blog software that works well with embeds...something more like a photoblog than a normal blog...if anyone has any ideas...lemme know!
Genre
Currently, only the videos with an album associated with it has genre information. Videos/Albums can have more than one genre (country & blues) so it might be listed with 'Country' and also with 'Other' (which is where blues, jazz and everything else ends up).I've been thinking of creating a Miro channel. Have a link on the web page to add videos to Miro and then the next time Miro checked the RSS feed it would download the videos to your hard drive...not as instantaneous, but it would download the video...if there is enough interest in this, then I will start developing it.
